RATES & FLEXIBILITY

Our core service is storage and our rates are amongst the most competitive. We also provide pickups and dropoffs so that clients’ journeys are as smooth as possible. Further we offer our customers maintenance services including Ministry of Transport testing, engine and body work and wheel refurbishment.

OUR STORY

Marc Jordan shares the story of the company since its foundation in 2004 and describes the commitment to customer service that has proved to be the bedrock of its growth:

I started this business with £100 and a Hoover. And what I’ve learnt over the years is that every client is different. The key thing is to be flexible. Respecting the client’s needs - that’s the key to our success.

Around 2002 I came back to the UK after working at a gold mine in Australia. I worked as a car deliverer for about six months then started my company in a garage with storage space for 14 cars, now we are one of the largest car storage companies in the South East.

We treat every car the same. Regardless whether it is a Morris Minor or a Lamborghini Aventador, the owner is still passionate about it. Often the humbler cars have sentimental value. So I treat the cars as if they were my own. It’s someone’s pride and joy.

My first car was a Ford Escort. The favourite car I’ve owned is one I’m restoring now, an early right hand drive Porsche 930 three-litre turbo, one of 74 cars ever produced, a real collectors’ car.

Like my clients I am passionate about cars. This is why we are flexible – because we respect this relationship. About 40 percent of our clients are overseas. People land on the weekend at five o’clock in the morning, six o’clock in the morning, they want their car, you’ve got to be there for them. That is how we have proved ourselves to our clients over time.
